WHAT’S DIGRUIT45°

What is DIGRUIT45°?

At PONOS, we constantly challenge ourselves with the question: ‘Are we going above and beyond?’ This drive helps us create highly addictive games. We want you to uncover the keys to ‘going above and beyond’ through the various creative environments and concepts fostered at PONOS. With this in mind, we’ve launched ‘DIGRUIT 45°’ (45-Degree Recruitment)—
a commitment to ‘dig’ for people who operate at that 45° angle, standing right between the conventional and the unconventional.

TOP MESSAGE

A Message from the President to Job Seekers

The shortcut to the ’45-degree angle’
is to focus on ‘0 degrees.

Our reason for existence at PONOS is to continuously create “Go Far Beyond” content that captivates and brings smiles to people around the world. However, the phrase “Go Far Beyond” can sometimes be misinterpreted as merely “being eccentric.” This is a big misunderstanding, and we do not want you to make that mistake.
The most essential thing for generating those “45-degree angle” ideas is to focus on “0 degrees.” The 0-degree point represents “where we currently stand” and “what the world and our users truly desire.” Only by humbly examining our own strengths and weaknesses, and honestly engaging with user psychology, can we discern the exact vector—the optimal 45-degree “deviation”—that will truly set our work apart. The shortest path to the “45-degree angle” is to keep your feet firmly on the ground and diligently hone the fundamentals of content creation. We sincerely hope to walk together with those who share this belief.
