About PONOS
What is the corporate culture like?
Our corporate culture is harmonious and open. We are committed to maintaining an internal environment that encourages spontaneous communication among all employees, and we host various in-house events to deepen camaraderie. We strive to sustain a culture where employees feel comfortable voicing their opinions and where those opinions are readily considered and adopted.
What kind of person are we looking for?
In a word, we seek individuals who are "humble." While the interpretation of "humility" may vary, the "humility" that PONOS values is embodied by "people who understand themselves well." Those who truly understand themselves do not overreach, are adept at absorbing advice from those around them, and therefore grow continuously. In fact, the employees who thrive at PONOS all possess this "humility." This very attitude creates our harmonious corporate culture and supports the growth of the company.
